What shop data do we collect?

The App collects information such as product, inventory, order, and customer-related data from the shop. This includes waitlist subscription emails submitted by storefront customers who request back-in-stock notifications. The collected information is required for the service to work. We strictly implement GDPR regulations that aim to protect user data.

How is this data processed?

• The App stores and processes product, inventory, order, and customer-related data for supporting the app's functionality, including restock alerts, notification delivery, analytics, and order attribution.
• App does not store your customer's Shopify login credentials.
• Once the app is uninstalled, all store-related data (products, customers, orders, subscriptions, and related records) is deleted from our servers in accordance with Shopify's data deletion requirements.
• We also honor Shopify GDPR webhooks for customer data requests and customer data deletion.
• This information is not shared with any third parties unless explicitly stated or where required by law, or as needed to operate core services such as email delivery.
